Naked Cannoli with Chocolate Covered Walnuts
1/2 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
2 packets of Splenda
Chocolate Covered Walnuts (looks like "moose poop" but oh so yummy)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted in microwave until almost melted)
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 teaspoon heavy cream
2 packages Equal (blue packets)
1/4 cup choppped walnuts
Mix all ingredients except walnuts until smooth, put bowl over another bowl filled with ice.
As mixture thickens add walnuts and toss until all the chocolate is covered. Place walnuts on waxed paper or parchment paper and freeze for around 10 minutes. You can then break apart. Keep in freezer till needed.
