4 tablespoon of coconut butter, melted but not in microwave and not hot.. just to melting point
1 tablepoon of all natural peanut butter (may omit pb, but I don't like the taste of coconut)
1 tablepoon cocoa
3 package of (blue) Equal sweetener
Hand mix for around 5 minutes and put into 4 candy molds
Freeze and keep frozen
*Eat a piece before each meal, make sure to eat a protein with each meal.
