Tomato Soup



Tomato Soup

8 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
30 ounces petite diced tomatoes - undrained
16 ounce tomato sauce
12 ounce tomato paste
Each can of tomato product add can of water
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 handful of dried oregano
1 bay leaf (remove after cooking)
2 tablespoons Spenda
salt and pepper to taste

Fry garlic in oil add rest of ingredients. Simmer 2 hours
*can add cream to recipe for Cream of Tomato Soup
