My mom and cousin Sandy (1963 or 1964)
1 cup of almond flour
1 cup oat flour
1 cup of vital wheat gluten
1 cup of unflavored whey protein
4 packs of Splenda
2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an a sealed container.
This baking mix will keep for weeks.
