Fruit Pizza


2 cups almond flour
1 cup Splenda (1/2 for crust-1/2 for filling)
10 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1 stick butter

mandarin oranges
strawberries
blueberries
pineapple

Mix almond flour, butter, and Splenda. Spread into 10" pan and bake for 15 minutes. Cool at room temp, or in freezer.

Mix cream cheese, egg, vanilla, and Splenda until creamy .
Spread mixture onto crust.

Bake in water bath at 325 for 35 minutes.

Top with your favorite fruits.
