Italian Cannoli Pie

1/2 large container of  Ricotta Cheese
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
4 tablespoons Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
Sweetener to taste

Put everything in a bowl except for eggs.  Beat, add sweetener to taste (should be on sweeter side)

Add eggs and beat till smooth

Bake at 350F until middle it "set" meaning it is longer wiggly and the pie is a deep golden brown.

Let cool on counter and then in fridge until chilled.
